Exhibiting Procedure
The enterprises should submit the booth application form, the information registration form and relevant certificates.1

The organizer shall exmaine and verify the authenticity and validity of the submitted materials.2

The organizer will have the evaluation result in accordance with fixed evaluative criteria via an automated procedure.3

The organizer allocates stand space and provides with the corresponding lever of exhibition service, on the basis of which category of exhibits at the event the applicants’ registered products belong to, taking the evaluation result as an inportant and decisive factor for the measure of enterprise access.4

The exhibitor shall fill out the booth confirmation form and pay for the deposit of booth fee.5
